Booking Policies 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are charged the full session fee. Waitlist available for earlier openings.

(She/Her) Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist, BScN.

Laura Agresta is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist providing care to women and men experiencing anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and caregiver burnout.

Her work is especially supportive for clients who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally, and for those who have tried traditional therapy without experiencing lasting change.

Laura’s approach is nervous-system–informed, compassionate, and grounded in clinical nursing expertise combined with holistic psychotherapy. She supports clients in reconnecting with calm, clarity, and joy.

Laura offers in-person psychotherapy in Hamilton and Stoney Creek, as well as secure virtual psychotherapy across Ontario.
